Spring Onions

This vegetable is known by different names: some call it spring onions while others refer to scallions or green onions. Spring onions look a bit like leeks and have the same mild flavour, but are smaller and taste slightly spicier. This vegetable can be used in various vegetable bits and bites, but it also excels finely chopped in salads, sauces or even on your sandwich.
