Lemon Thyme

Lemon thyme is easily recognized by the yellow edges on its leaves. Compared to other thyme types, lemon thyme has a fresher taste, which you may experience as light flowery and lemony. The herb tastes particularly good in Mediterranean dishes and combined with chicken.
