Habanero (Red and Yellow)

The habanero pepper is one of the hottest chilli peppers around and is ranked as extremely hot. The habanero pepper is 30 to 50 times hotter than the jalapeño. However, if you prepare the pepper correctly, you can reduce the heat. The habanero is delicious in various curries and stews and even tastes well combined with tropical fruits. The peppers can be green, yellow and orange.
